Characteristics:
A White or light-brown granules, no obvious purity. Slightly-sweet taste. It melts and decomposes at 253. It decomposes with dilute alkali at high temperature. It decomposes gradually with acid. Soluble in water insoluble in ethanol, ether or chloroform. Isoelectric point is PH 6.16.
Packing: 25kg kraft paper bags with PE bag inside.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area. At temperature below 25 degree and less than 65% RH.
